This protein bar with caramel flavour is a sweet, protein snack that keeps you feeling full and which you can grab anytime, not only after training. The perfect combination of caramel flavour and crunchy consistency indulges your taste buds. With its considerable portion of protein (28% of protein per bar) and no added sugar (the minimal amount of sugar – 1,8g comes from naturally occurring sugars), the bar can be eaten without any regrets. We used 3 types of protein in this bar, which means that its nutritional values are tripled. Collagen has beneficial effects on joints and skin. Soya lowers bad cholesterol and decreases the risk of atherosclerosis. Milk protein consists of 20% whey and 80% casein, which provides longer time of amino acids distribution and has anti-catabolic effects. It is a healthy alternative for a traditional sweet bar or a doughnut.
