With the Instant Fish Granular Stock, each recipe is more creative and flavourful. With cod, shrimp and crab combined with top-quality vegetables, here is a tasty mix for broth without added monosodium glutamate. Thanks to the special and slow processing method, Bauer maintains the flavour of fish intact and exalts it in the kitchen.
USAGE
Great for flavoring your seafood dishes.
Dissolve 4g of product (1 teaspoon) in 250ml of water and let it boil for a few minutes. The Instant Fish Granular Stock can be added to other foods during cooking.
INGREDIENTS
Iodized salt: 41%, extract of soy and corn proteins, dehydrated vegetables in variable percentages (onion, carrot, garlic, celery, parsley, tomato) 17%, dehydrated cod 7,5%, corn oil, dehydrated shrimp 1,5%, dehydrated crab 1,5%.
