Product Overview

The SHARP Air Purifier FP-J50SA-W is designed to help improve indoor air quality in homes, offices and other suitable indoor spaces. Its wide coverage of up to 80 m² makes it suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, offices and large indoor areas.

Plasmacluster Ion technology releases positive and negative ions at a density of 7,000 ions/cm³. According to SHARP, this technology helps reduce airborne microbes, allergens, unwanted odours and static electricity.

The appliance uses a three-stage filtration system. The washable pre-filter captures dust and larger airborne particles before they reach the main filters.

The deodorizing filter helps absorb common household odours, including smoke, pet and other unwanted indoor odours.

The True HEPA filter traps 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns that pass through the filter. The stated life of the HEPA and deodorizing filters is up to two years, depending on usage and indoor environmental conditions.

Automatic operation uses dust, odour and light sensors to monitor indoor conditions and adjust operation accordingly. The cleanliness monitor indicates the detected air-purity level through colour changes.

SAND Mode provides a dedicated operating cycle for dusty indoor conditions. Sleep Mode supports quieter operation and automatically adjusts the indicator lighting according to the room’s brightness.

The SHARP Air Purifier FP-J50SA-W also offers automatic light control, a filter replacement indicator and automatic restart after a power interruption.
