Roverhair Curl On Bio Perm 1 Perm Kit

Roverhair Curl On Bio Perm 1 Perm Kit

A professional perming liquid designed for normal, healthy, and chemically untreated hair. It creates soft, natural-looking curls without damaging the hair, leaving it supple, shiny, and long-lasting. Ideal for frizzy or very curly hair, it works without heat and delivers toned, defined curls.

How to Use:

Apply like a traditional perm without using heat. Leave for 15–20 minutes, checking every 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly for at least 5 minutes, then towel-dry excess water. Apply neutralizer in two steps: first with curlers for 10 minutes, then without curlers for another 10 minutes. Rinse well.
