Quick Preparation Guide

For Cold Compress Use:

Place the gel pads (without their fabric sleeves) flat inside your freezer or refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Slip them into the soft fabric sleeves before placing them inside your bra. Apply for a maximum of 15–20 minutes per session.

For Heated Therapy Use:

1. Microwave Method: Wrap the pad flat inside a damp paper towel. Microwave for 10 to 15 seconds (based on a 700W standard microwave). Knead the beads thoroughly to distribute heat evenly. If more warmth is needed, add increments of 5 seconds only. Never exceed 25 seconds total.

2. Hot Water Method: Submerge the gel pad completely inside a bowl of hot (not boiling) water for 3 to 5 minutes until it reaches a comfortable therapeutic temperature.

Safety & Care Instructions

Critical Thermal Safety Protocol: Always test the temperature of the pad on the inside of your wrist before placing it against your breast tissue. Extreme heat can easily blister sensitive skin or damage internal milk production structures. Never heat the pads while they are tucked inside their fabric protection sleeves, and never leave a microwaving gel pad unattended.
