New oil-based technology to achieve up to 9 tones of lightening while maintaining the cosmeticity of the hair. It is ideal for sunstrokes on very dark bases and for extreme transformations. Blond Studio 9 powder has been formulated for a specific use with oil developer oxidants. A synergy of active ingredients that allows to obtain sustained lightening and to improve the cosmeticity of the hair.

Suitable for all lightening techniques. Use only with the Oil-developer recommended by L'oreal Professionnel.
