Rice Powder contains Vitamins B and E for free radical defence and Ceramides to lock in moisture. Rice-derived Sirtuin helps to prevent skin damage caused by UV radiation whilst also relieving skin stress and reducing dark spots. The toner has a double-layer texture which is divided by water and an emulsion layer. Its milky texture delivers deeper moisturisation and nourishment. Suitable for use on all skin types. Directions of use:
