أي فلسفة تلك التي ستهدئ روع نفوسنا وتقنعنا بالحكمة من فقدان أولئك الذين أحببناهم بكل جوارحنا؟ إنهم الماضي العذب الذي نستجرهُ في كل لحظة من حاضرنا بحنين موجع، إنهم غدنا الخائف المكسور... يوماً تلو الآخر تغدو أرواحنا الهشة بعدهم حطاماً ونغترب أكثر لنسقط في هوة الرمادي، وكأنهم أخذوا حصتهم من سعادتنا، لملموا كل ضحكاتنا ومضوا ليتركونا للخيبة والنسيان... ولكن لن ننجو حتى ندرك أن الاستسلام مُحرّم وإلا فقدنا حقنا في الوجود. يجب أن نخلق الأمل لأنفسنا كل يوم، أن نأتي نحن بأسباب الحياة، أن نقاتل وكأن هذا الكون كلهُ إلى جانبنا.
